Staffing Services

Your event attendees are our honored guests. When it comes to making successful events happen, the McAllen Convention Center professional staffing team ensures the safety of our guests while providing outstanding customer service.

Our staffing professionals are experienced, knowledgeable about our building, courteous, and trained for special events. Our guest services staff continues to stand ready to serve in the following ways:

Support Staffing

Serve as greeters, meeting room monitors, manage traffic flow throughout the building, direct people to their assigned seats, distribute programs, answer questions, and assist people in finding concession stands and/or restroom facilities.

Ticket Staffing

Ticket taking services available for concerts and special events.

Security

Uniformed security that ensures the safety of our guests.

Ticketing Services

Our venue provides ticketing solutions for your special events. Our services include:

  • Internet sales and marketing: 24/7 secure online purchase, opt-in email and targeted email technology
  • Sales via outlets (including retail consignment)
  • Box Office, will call and event management
  • Call center sales and customer service via our toll free number
  • Marketing and publicity support
  • Sales and accounting reports
  • Demographic tracking
