Monday – Thursday 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

To log in to your Account Manager dashboard, select Account Manager in the Season Tickets submenu of this website, or click here.

Guarantee your seats today! Packages start at just $____ for five shows; prices vary depending on your seating selection and day of the week.

Packages include first show, second show, third show, and fourth.  Season ticket holders can also add fifth show to any package.

Your current seats have been held for you in the new 24/25 season, attending on your same day of the week. Seats not renewed by April 19 will be automatically released.

  1. Click here to log into Account Manager.If you have forgotten your password or have never visited Account Manager, click the provided link and you will be sent an email with further instructions. For assistance, please contact the Season Ticket Office.
  2. Once in Account Manager, you will be automatically directed to your Invoices screen. Select the 2024/2025 season and click Continue.
  3. As a renewing season ticket holder, you have the flexibility to purchase your season tickets either in full or through a convenient 6-month payment plan. Opting for the payment plan allows you to spread the cost into 6 equal payments starting from the time of renewal, with subsequent payments due on the 19th of each month until September.
  4. Confirm your payment information and accept the Terms and Conditions. Click Pay Now to process your order – you’re all set!
  5. Want to make changes to your package or seats? The sooner you renew, the sooner you can upgrade! You’ll receive an email from us in June when your exclusive change/upgrade period begins. Please note that you must renew your current package before we are able to accommodate changes during the June exchange period.

There is no charge for changes made in Account Manager unless you are choosing seats at a higher value. Changes made over the phone will incur a $3 service charge per order.

Subscribers are generally renewed into their same seats and day of the week for the new season, with a few exceptions based on show dates and availability.

If your dates or seats have been altered for any reason, you will receive a personal communication from us via email and/or phone during your renewal period to ensure the changes meet your satisfaction.

Yes! Both new and renewing season ticket holders have the option to pay either in full or through a convenient 6-month payment plan.

For renewing and new subscribers, opting for the payment plan allows you to spread the cost into 6 equal payments starting from the time of renewal, with subsequent payments due on the 19th of each month until September.

For subscribers on Auto-Renew, your previous $100 deposit has been applied to your total cost. Your remaining balance has been split into 6 equal payments starting from April 19th, with subsequent payments due on the 19th of each month until September.

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges except in the case of an event cancelation. The following policies apply to single ticket purchases:

  • If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, including account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request.
  • If your event is canceled for any reason, including local and state government restrictions, we will always exhaust every option possible, including account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request.

Shows and dates are subject to change. Some fees may not be refundable. Ticket policies are at the discretion of Chrysler Hall, SevenVenues, and Broadway In Norfolk, and may be changed at any time

Please log in to your Account Manager dashboard. Note that you will need to first log in with the email address we have on file, before making further changes to your account. If you are unsure which email address is on file, please contact us at I](956) 681-3801.

Once logged in, select your name from the top righthand corner, and choose “My Profile.” Then, simply make any contact info changes necessary. Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done.

Downloading your mobile tickets to your smartphone’s wallet app allows a quick, convenient place to access your Broadway in Norfolk tickets. To access your mobile tickets, login to your Account Manager dashboard from your smartphone’s mobile internet browser. This may be Google Chrome, Safari or another browser you may have previously installed. Then, follow the steps below.

  1. Select ‘Manage My Events’ from the Quick Links Menu.
  2. Tap the Event to view those individual tickets.
  3. Tap the seat under the “My Tickets” listing to view the ticket.
  4. Tap the ‘Add to Wallet’ or ‘Save to Phone’ button.
  5. Then, tap ‘Add’ to save the ticket to your smartphone’s mobile wallet.
  6. After you’ve saved a ticket, swipe left on your screen to navigate to the next ticket.
  7. Repeat the process until you have saved all of your mobile tickets.

To access your mobile tickets at the event, simply open your phone’s mobile wallet and tap the ticket.

Single tickets will be on sale at a later date for each show, to be announced. The only way to guarantee your seats in advance is to follow us on our socials!
